1. Vehicle Orders
Utility vehicles are high-value purchases, and return eligibility may depend on the vehicle, its condition, the purchase agreement and applicable consumer protection laws.
Before completing a purchase, customers should carefully review the vehicle description, specifications, condition, pricing and delivery arrangements.
2. Requesting a Return
If you receive a vehicle that is damaged, incorrect or materially different from the agreed order details, contact our sales team as soon as possible.
Please provide:

- Vehicle make and model.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs or supporting evidence, where applicable.
Our team will review the request and explain the available next steps.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If a vehicle arrives damaged or does not match the confirmed order, notify us promptly. We may request photographs, delivery documentation or an inspection to assess the issue.
Any appropriate resolution will be discussed in accordance with the purchase agreement and applicable laws.
4. Change of Mind and Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order or change your purchase after ordering, contact our sales team immediately.
Cancellation eligibility may depend on the order status, payment status, vehicle preparation and transportation arrangements. Any applicable cancellation charges or refund conditions will be explained before the request is finalised.
5. Refunds
Where a refund is approved, the amount and processing arrangements will be confirmed with the customer.
Refunds will generally be considered using the original payment method where possible. For cryptocurrency payments, the refund method and applicable exchange-rate treatment must be agreed before processing, as cryptocurrency values can fluctuate.
Any applicable bank, payment-provider or network fees will be handled in accordance with the agreed payment terms and applicable law.
6. Return Transportation
If a vehicle return is approved, the responsibility for arranging and paying return transportation will be determined based on the reason for the return, the purchase agreement and applicable consumer protection requirements.
Please do not arrange or ship a vehicle back without receiving instructions from our team.
7. Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable federal, state, provincial or other relevant laws in the United States or Canada.
